RETURN POLICY

All items bought at a discount of 20% or more are considered final sale. These items are typically located in our "sale tab" on our app. This includes all items ending in $.99.

All items must include original tags attached. Merchandise must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. Items that appear to be worn, have stains, or any smells will not be accepted.

Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving it. This time frame begins when the tracking via USPS marks it delivered.

Please include your packing slip or note in there stating the order number and name. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, we suggest using a service that provides tracking for your reference.

Please allow 3 business days for our team to process your refund, you will receive an email once processed.

Refunds are given as account credit (minus the initial shipping cost), we do not refund to original payment method as there are irreversible transaction fees that we have to cover. 

Items that are returned after the 7 day window or go against our terms stated above will be held for one week and you can send us a shipping label to get it back or it will be donated to the local women's shelter. You are responsible for making sure your order is eligible for return as stated in this policy here. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out as we are happy to help. 

We do our very best to ensure the quality of the items that we send to you!  If you have received an item with any problems (different size or color than ordered) or defects, please contact us at arrowboutiquecompany@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to inform us of the issue. Please include a photo and explanation of the damage/defect in your email.  If we are not notified within 5 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. 

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. This situation does not qualify as a defect therefore, only account credit will be given.
